Moulin Saint André : Moulin Artisanal Huile d’Olive

We’re delighted to announce that we’ve taken over the Thomassot mill in Verfeuil, which we’ve transferred and refurbished at Mas Bel Espérance. Its new name is Moulin Saint André.

Its olive production will be carried out by a machine equipped with an innovative centrifuge (two-phase system) with a horizontal axis that works without adding water and without using vertical axis final separators, complying with all hygiene and traceability standards and preserving the traditional methods of a first cold-pressed extra virgin oil.

We’ll be delighted to welcome you all year round to taste and buy our olive oil at Mas Bel Espérance, by appointment on 06.18.66.16.03.
