Moulin Saint André – Traditional Olive Oil Mill

We are pleased to announce that we have taken over the Thomassot mill in Verfeuil, which we have relocated and set up at Mas Bel Espérance. Its new name is Moulin Saint André.
Its olive‑oil production will be carried out using a machine equipped with an innovative centrifuge (two‑phase system) with a horizontal axis, which operates without adding water and without using final vertical‑axis separators. This process complies with all hygiene and traceability standards while preserving the traditional methods of producing extra‑virgin, first cold‑pressed olive oil.
We will be delighted to welcome you all year round to taste and purchase our olive oil at Mas Bel Espérance, by appointment at 06.18.66.16.03.
