Microferme du Domaine de la Picholine

WHO WE ARE
Domaine de la Picholine is a micro-farm managed according to permaculture principles, created in the commune of Salazac, Gard, in 2021.

We raise hiking donkeys, of course, with which you can discover the local trails, as well as miniature Ouessant sheep and dwarf goats.

We also produce olive oil and medicinal and aromatic plants, which we sell as herbal teas, salts, oils, herbal vinegars, etc.

We are not yet certified organic or otherwise, given the size of our structure, but we are committed to respecting the environment and animal welfare in all our activities. All our crops are guaranteed to be free from chemical treatments, our donkeys live most of the year in large plots of garrigue and woodland, and our wild harvesting is done with the greatest respect for nature.
