Small family farm of 3 hectares practicing organic farming, permaculture, and agroecology; untreated, mostly grass-covered throughout the year, very rich in biodiversity (wildlife and plants), rainfed, with the majority of the harvest done by hand.

Oli d’Holly, a distinctive oil with a ripe fruity flavor, available as a blend (mostly Aglandau and Olivières) or single-varietal (Picholine). Superior category extra virgin olive oil, unfiltered, first cold press, certified organic.
