Chef Matthieu Hervé and his team welcome you to the fine-dining restaurant Le Cèdre de Montcaud.
Here, you can expect traditional French cuisine with an added personal twist, and rather surprising, original flavours.
A fine-dining experience in a magical setting thanks to the enchanting inner courtyard where you can dine under the stars, or the cosy dining room overlooking the grounds.

From 01/05 to 18/10/2025, every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 7 pm and 10 pm.
Open Tuesday to Saturday, evenings only.
