La Résidence de l’Acacia offers 6 furnished apartments with different capacities and rates.

Mas built of old stones in a quiet and picturesque village, with narrow streets lined with small stone houses covered with old tiles, beautiful flowers growing between the ochre-colored stones, and a few palm trees hiding in the inner courtyards.
The House can accommodate up to 8 people. It includes 6 beds, with additional sleeping options available if needed.
It consists of 5 rooms:
– Ground floor: a large fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, sink, dishwasher, kettle, toaster); a living room with a sofa bed; a shower room with shower and toilet.
– First floor: a shower room with shower and toilet; two bedrooms each with 2 single beds; one bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 mezzanine single beds suitable for children.
Independent entrance and furnished terrace.

Pricing
Overnight: 145 to 160 € (Minimum 3 nights)
Week: 670 to 720 €
Cleaning fee at the end of your stay: 75 €
Hire of bedlinen for single beds: 8 €
Hire of bathroom linen: 6 € (Per person).
An energy fee of €1.90 per person per night will be requested on site.
The tourist tax is calculated as a percentage of the rental price, approximately 5.5%.
