La Maison Au Soleil

Beautiful stone house, located in the centre of the medieval village of Saint-Laurent-des-Arbres. Vineyards all around, very conducive to hiking, lots of sites to visit in all directions. The house is 18km from the TGV station, 20 minutes from Avignon.

The home is air-conditioned (summer) and heated in the winter, it is just next door to our guest house called Après la Sieste. It has a courtyard, a terrace and a barbecue.
On the ground floor, living groom, dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
On the 1st floor, lovely bedroom with a queen-sze bed, bathroom with spa tub. Separate WC.
On the 2nd floor, big bedroom identical to the floor below, with Italian-style shower and WC. View over the chateau in the village.
The courtyard gate leads to the garden which leads to the swimming pool (salt filtration). Parking is à 30m from the house.
There are 2 good bakeries in the village, a supermarket and a pharmacy.

From 15/01 to 31/12 between 4 pm and 10 am.

Overnight: 75 to 120 € (Minimum 4 nights except June, July, August and September)
Week: 850 to 1,000 € ((Depending on the month)
+ Cleaning fee: €75
+ Tourist tax).
