Lovely detached house in La Roque‑sur‑Cèze, listed among the most beautiful villages in France, and its famous “Sautadet waterfalls”. Near the river, it offers a large garden and a spacious shaded terrace in a very peaceful setting.

The accommodation
Detached single‑storey house; a small step with a handrail provides access inside.
The kitchen area is small, but fully equipped and functional.
A large living/dining room allows you to enjoy meals indoors when the weather is bad.
The two bedrooms include storage:
– the first has a 140 cm double bed;
– the second has two 90 cm single beds that can be pushed together if needed.
The bathroom includes a walk‑in Italian‑style shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
Bed linen and towels can be provided for an additional fee (beach towels not supplied).
The spacious terrace shaded by oak trees is ideal for enjoying summer evenings. A ping‑pong table, pétanque area, deckchairs and sun loungers are available.
The parking area can accommodate several vehicles, and you will enjoy a large garden of about 3000 m².
Pets may be accepted upon prior agreement; please note that the garden is not fenced.

Nearby amenities
There are restaurants in the village, and other shops are located in Goudargues, 8 km away, known as the “Little Provençal Venice”, with its picturesque market.
The towns of Uzès and Barjac are about 30 minutes away.
The Ardèche Gorges, several caves, as well as the Pont du Gard, Nîmes and Avignon are all about 30 km away.
