There are 2 possible configurations for this gîte, depending on the season and activity:
For 6 people:
A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area and living room with sofa convertible into a king-size bed 160 x 200.
An adjoining shaded terrace with table and chairs.
1 PMR bedroom with 2 beds 80 x 200 or a King size bed 160 x 200
1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 x 200
Access to outside areas (garden, deckchairs, swimming pool, etc.)
For 10 people:
An additional 50 m2 with direct access to the garden and comprising :
A large dormitory with 2 bunk beds + 2 single beds (or one double)
1 bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC and a water point with washing machine.
This area can also be used as a meeting room when booking other accommodation on the estate.
