End-of-tenancy cleaning to be provided by tenant.
Water, electricity, reversible air-conditioning, wifi and gas are included in the rental price, as are household linen (beds and towels), except towels for the swimming pool. Beds are ready on arrival.

Bagnols-sur-Cèze 5km, Avignon TGV station 35km, motorway 15km.
