First floor: large living room/kitchen, spacious veranda and 60m2 terrace, laundry room with toilet and shower.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (sleeps: 1 160cm bed, 2 140cm beds, 2 90cm beds), 1 bathroom with shower + bath, 4 m2 solarium terrace. 1 separate toilet.

Private above-ground pool (5.5 m diameter – 1.15 m deep), open from June 1 to September 30.

The house is fully equipped for babies (2 cots + mattress / changing table / high chair / stroller / toys). Spacious, charming, unoverlooked villa in the middle of vineyards, in the heart of the Cèze valley.

Ideally located, the house is close to all amenities. In summer, you can enjoy the Gard sunshine around the swimming pool, overlooking the vineyards and surrounding hills, relax in the shade of the Virginia creeper under the pergola, or spend your evenings on the veranda equipped with a real wood-fired pizza oven (logs supplied). The veranda is also very pleasant on sunny winter afternoons, with its view over the 2500m2 garden of various species.
