In the heart of Provence Occitane in Laudun, in a hamlet surrounded by vineyards, we welcome you for a warm and friendly stay in our Maison 1643, a former 17th century silkworm farm bordered by a vast garden along a river.

Our house is a former silkworm farm dating back to 1643, located in Laudun-l’Ardoise, in the quiet hamlet of Ribas, surrounded by vineyards and trees – an oasis of freshness and tranquility. It is bordered by a river and surrounded by laurels, cypresses, and fig trees.
Close to the A7 and A9 motorways.
Just 16 km from Châteauneuf-du-Pape and Orange, 21 km from Avignon, and 18 km from the Pont du Gard, we are ideally situated at the heart of numerous tourist sites, cultural events, festivals, and hiking trails.

Our 3 guest rooms were completely renovated in 2022 and 2023. Two rooms open onto a columned gallery on the first floor and a paved enclosed courtyard. The third room is located on the second floor.
All three rooms are spacious, with private entrances and high-quality French bedding. Each has its own shower room and separate toilet. Towels are provided, as well as organic shower gel, shampoo, and soap. All rooms feature air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Breakfasts are prepared with homemade products – yogurts, granola, brioches – and local specialties.
When the weather allows, meals are served outdoors under the covered terrace. A lounge area invites you to relax in the shade.
On the ground floor, a common dining room is available, along with a bar area featuring a fireplace for cozy evenings by the fire.

We also offer a table d’hôtes on reservation: a seasonal bistro-style cuisine based on high-quality, local, and seasonal products.

A large garden allows you to unwind in the shade of bamboo, cherry trees, and magnolias, listening to the gentle sound of the river and cicadas.

Our fully renovated swimming pool will be available in 2023. No chemical treatments – the water is purified using Bio-UV lamps.
It features a beach-style entrance for relaxing in the water, measures 4 m by 10 m, and is 1.55 m deep. Pool towels are provided.

The surroundings are perfect for walks and hikes through the vineyards, by bike or on foot, for moments of relaxation and wandering to the sound of rivers.

Avignon and Uzès, two cities rich in history and heritage, are just 25 minutes away, not to mention the Pont du Gard. In 40 minutes, you can reach the Camargue and Arles.

From 01/01 to 31/12 daily between 9 am and 8 pm.
