As a reminder, the classification of a furnished tourist accommodation is a voluntary initiative by the owner and comprises 5 categories ranging from 1 to 5 stars.

It offers a number of advantages, including

• Reassure customers about the quality of the accommodation on offer, the services provided and the layout and condition of the property.
• For classified accommodation, the tourist tax applied is at a fixed rate, simplifying your calculations.
• It also allows you to benefit from a higher tax allowance.
• You can also apply for other quality schemes, such as the Accueil Vélo and Vignobles & Découvertes labels.
