The grape harvest of history

Presentation

A popular and cultural festival, this event pays tribute to the history of the grape harvest, the art of viticulture and the traditional practices that shape the identity of our wine-growing landscapes. The whole village is decked out in festive decorations, creating an authentic and festive atmosphere

For two days, this festival celebrating local produce and winemaking traditions immerses visitors in the atmosphere of a traditional Rhône village of yesteryear. The straw-covered streets are filled with winemakers in traditional costume, horses and vintage tractors. Garages are transformed into small stalls where visitors can browse at their leisure amongst regional produce, arts and crafts, and tastings of Chusclan appellation wines. (Around 60 stalls)

Throughout the weekend: a local produce market, crafts, winegrowers in traditional costume, cultural and themed exhibitions, as well as wine stalls, demonstrations of traditional trades, an educational farm and wooden games…
