The 19th Gourmet Walk of the Lirac Wine Tasters
Presentation
A walk combining gastronomy, wine heritage and nature.
Accompanied by the Jaugeurs de Lirac and winegrowers, you will discover the terroir and the vineyard to the sound of music.
The tour includes tasting stops highlighting gastronomic pairings with Lirac wines, a Côtes du Rhône cru available in three colours.
Since 2017, we have partnered with the Gard aux Chefs association, which brings together Michelin-starred and gourmet restaurateurs.
This year’s chefs are: Michel BENET – Caterer, La Vallergue ” – Avignon – Second best caterer in France.
Serge CHENET – Maison CHENET – ‘Entre Vigne & Garrigue’ – Pujaut – Michelin-starred restaurant * They create authentic, artisanal cuisine, full of finesse, paired with food and wine, in collaboration with Lirac producers.
Groups are accompanied by two guides and depart every 20 minutes. Winegrowers are present in the groups to talk to participants about the different terroirs and grape varieties and describe the wines tasted during the walk.
Most of the wines tasted during the walk are available for purchase at the end of the walk.
