On Christmas Eve, while the whole North Pole is busy with the final preparations, an unexpected event upsets the balance of the magical night: the children’s letters have disappeared, and Santa Claus is nowhere to be found! Pipa and Bidouille, two eccentric elves, embark on a hectic quest, taking the children with them on a thrilling investigation. With the help of a mysterious fairy, a wacky chemical elf and even a funny yeti, they have to find the magic powder that will bring Santa back in time for gift-giving.
