New Year’s Concert: Amazing Grace

A program of classical music “hits” (The Blue Danube, Brahms’ Hungarian Dance No. 5, Albinoni’s Adagio…),
timeless melodies, and popular pieces to celebrate the New Year.

A popular repertoire that reimagines the great classics of Negro Spirituals, Gospel, and American Soul, with a nod to the movie *Sister Act* and a tribute to Aretha Franklin. With 7 musicians and nearly 20 choir members, the group Divin’Gospel Music will take you on a journey to the heart of African American history.

Choir director Magali Ponsada (“Génération Céline”) invites you on an irresistible journey to the land of the most beautiful gospel voices. It’s the perfect way to start the year with a light heart—and a light choir!

Sunday 3 January 2027 from 4 pm.

Free of charge. 250 tickets will be made available online in November, and 250 tickets will be distributed at the Cultural Activities Office on December 16, 17, and 18.
