2nd Santons, Nativity Scenes, and Landscapes Exhibition

An exceptional collection of no fewer than 120 cribs representing 50 countries and cultures from around the world. Something to delight the eyes of young and old alike! An invitation to travel through unique landscapes and remarkable santons.

The Cercle Cévenol des Arts et Traditions Populaires takes over the walls of the Prieuré Saint-Pierre, in close collaboration with the Town Hall.

600 m2: a unique exhibition in Pont-Saint-Esprit
In the various scenographies, discover cribs from different cultures, landscapes from the Camargue, costumes from the provinces of France, a village of crafts featuring over two hundred trades from the Middle Ages to the present day, and so many other exceptional craft creations!

Activities to immerse you in the magic of santons
Several events are planned throughout the show. Visitors will be able to discover a wall of images retracing the history of the nativity scene, from the earliest centuries to the present day, take part in guided tours by appointment, meet and chat with santon makers, discover santon-making through hands-on workshops and much more. For enthusiasts and those looking for gift ideas, a small santon store selling handcrafted creations will be set up in the heart of the Priory.

From 29/11 to 21/12/2025 on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday between 2 pm and 6 pm. Weekends between 10 am and 6 pm.
