Presentation

The fermentation period is crucial to the wine’s balance; we ferment up to five different grape varieties in the same vat, thus multiplying exchanges. In this way, the integration and balance of the wine are enhanced. In addition, the temperature and duration of pellicular maceration (generally between 8 and 14 days) are controlled to extract soft, silky tannins.
