Presentation

A graduate of “Les Chemins de la Nature” (The Paths of Nature), Michèle ROBERT offers workshops focusing on plants and food to enable everyone to achieve more autonomy and be more in harmony with nature and themselves.

Numerous workshops are organized all year round, with the possibility of creating personalized individual or collective workshops upon request, for example: lacto-fermentation, lacto-fermented garlic, kimchi, gemmotherapy, sprouted seeds, hydrolats, kombucha, oily macerates, balms and creams, permaculture. Workshop Presentations: Lacto-fermentation: It allows for the natural preservation of food, without the use of chemical additives and without the need to sterilize or cook the food. Lacto-fermented vegetables retain all their vitamins and minerals, are rich in probiotics, and are more digestible than raw vegetables. Gemmotherapy: The harvesting of buds is a great moment of harmony with the trees. Macerated buds yield solutions in which the active principles of the plants are concentrated. Each tree has its own virtues, and bud macerates will act deeply within the body. Sprouted seeds: These are superfoods rich in essential micronutrients for our health. Besides being simple to grow, they are delicious to eat. Oily macerates: They are made from a plant that infuses in a vegetable oil. Thus, one benefits from all the active principles of the plant and the oil used. The oily macerate can be used as is or as a base for an ointment or a cream. Making your own oily macerates is very fun and economical. Making homemade hydrolats (or floral waters): We talk a lot about essential oils… less often about floral waters. Yet, they are particularly interesting and very useful in daily life. All the more so because they are quite easy to make at home. Food dehydration: This is an excellent solution for enjoying fruits, vegetables, and other vitamin-rich preparations all year round, which will be ideal as part of a healthy diet. Kombucha: This is a drink that offers numerous benefits for daily health and well-being thanks to the bacteria it contains. It helps promote good digestion and contributes to regulating transit, while facilitating the absorption and assimilation of nutrients contained in food. Making balms and creams: Learn how to make your own balms, ointments, and creams from oily macerates of plants from your garden, and discover the specific properties of the chosen plants, whose virtues enrich each recipe. Permaculture: Permaculture is a system of design, layout, and land management inspired by natural ecosystems. It aims to create sustainable and resilient systems that provide abundant and diverse food while protecting the environment.
