Our menus are tailored to suit the seasons and our customers’ needs. Our passion for local produce has become our profession. We love quality products and the stories they tell, as well as the men and women who write them: breeders, butchers, bakers, cheesemakers, market gardeners, beekeepers and many others…
We are co-producers and bear the responsibility of earning your trust day after day.
Happiness is born around a table
on the menu, for example: beef chuck cooked like a pot au feu à la cocote 8h with a tian of garden vegetables confit with basil pesto
and for dessert, a Guanaja dark chocolate praline and feuillantine entremet.
Our Foodtruck meats come mainly from small Ventoux producers: Ventoux pig hot dog and local lamb burger with sweet onions from the farm, eggplant confit, goat’s cheese, grilled bacon, tomato, salad – both specialties served with herb fries.
