Maison Gillard caterer food truck, offering homemade cooked dishes (starter/main course/dessert) and an event part with a menu that varies over the weeks and seasons, as well as local products.
After 15 years of working in starred and renowned establishments, we are setting up in St Paulet de Caisson. We offer a range of generous cooked dishes. Ranging from aperitif to mignardise, entirely homemade cuisine, based on products selected for their quality, always fresh, and as local as possible. We also provide a catering service for events (aperitif/cocktail dinner/seminars/private meals).
Opening dates
From 01/01 to 31/12 daily between 8.30 am and 8 pm.
